I think that one of the biggest challenges that clients are faced with when they find themselves caught in the legal system is to control the frustration with the experience because the process takes so long. As an attorney, one of the things that I do to help people overcome the frustration with the experience is by educating them in terms of what they can expect. I have to be able to establish a relationship where they're comfortable communicating with me about some very personal things.
